Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our professional-grade power tool accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of saw blades, grinding discs, or other workshop essentials, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All original tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • You must include the original invoice or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used sanding discs (due to contamination risk)
  • Opened packages of cutting/grinding discs (with broken safety seals)
  • Custom-cut saw blades (made to your specifications)

2. Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

3. Ship Your Return
