Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • All original tags and protective coverings are intact
  • You include the original invoice or proof of purchase

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following professional tool accessories cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used sanding discs (due to contamination risk)
  • Opened packages of cutting/grinding discs (safety seals broken)
  • Custom-cut saw blades (made to your specifications)

2. Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

3. Ship Your Return

Package items securely with original packaging and include:
