TOUGH MASTER®’s Diamond Drill Kit contains 5 drill bits in sizes 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm. Developed for professionals, these diamond drill bits have vacuum-brazed edges that have been designed especially for drilling effectively through hard materials. Drill through porcelain, ceramic, tiles, granite, and other tough material with ease and precision. The higher diamond grit height of 10mm guarantees a long service life, while the diamond grit size of 45-50 produces clean cuts. With a wax-filled centre, the dry diamond drill core bits can be used without water cooling, but you can also choose to drill with water cooling if your working condition allows, as doing so can expand the lifetime of your TOUGH MASTER® bits. To position the professional drill bits, start at a 45-degree angle and slowly drill into the hole. You can slowly move the drill bits to a 90-degree angle so that the debris can move out faster and more efficiently. With premium 40Cr steel bodies, these dry tipped diamond drill bits are highly durable and built to last, ideal for use on the job site.
- Application: The extreme tough vacuum brazed diamond edges on these diamond drill bits are highly durable, making them ideal for use with hard materials such as porcelain, ceramic, tiles, granite, brick, marble, and quartz
- 10mm Diamond Height: Having a high diamond grit ensures TOUGH MASTER® dry diamond drill core bits have a longer lifespan than standard diamond drill bits, lasting you for years to come and ensuring they are available to use with your new power tools
- Clean Cut: With a good diamond grit size of 45-50, this diamond drill bit set for porcelain tile produces very clean and precise holes, offering optimal performance and professional results. Great for use with powered drills that require maximum accuracy
- Dry Cut: Thanks to the wax-filled centre of the professional drill bits, they can be used without water cooling. This means no water is required to use the bits, although you can drill with water cooling if your working condition allows; this will also extend their lifespan
- 45° Positioning: Start by positioning the tile drill bit at about 45 degrees, and then slowly drill it into the hole. This ensures the job can be done with no breaks or cracks. Never drill vertically at the beginning, and slowly move to 90 degrees so that debris can move out faster
- Steel Body: The body of these bits in the TOUGH MASTER® diamond tile drill kit are made from premium 40Cr steel. This material paired with diamond tips ensures a long service life, with TOUGH MASTER® maintaining its reputation for using top-quality materials only
